Red Rocks Church recently hosted a one-night event titled Heaven On Earth, a night of worship and baptism. This was a career highlight, as we brought to life some huge lobby and stage elements including a 9-foot 3 dimensional centerpiece with customizable LED lighting.
TEDx FRONT RANGE
While at Perfect Square in Loveland, CO, TEDxFrontRange requested a logo and marketing collateral for their conference titled "Generations: Wonder and Wisdom". Shown here is the event logo and poster series.
INTO THE WILD
This is a cover redesign for one of my favorite books, Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer.
The story of Into the Wild is one of discovery, hardship, and the great power of nature. The first cover reflects the overpowering feeling one faces when surrounded by a vast forrest. The second cover lends more to the life of Christopher McCandless and the abandoned bus where his story ultimately comes to an end.
RED ROCKS WORSHIP
Each ministry at Red Rocks Church has its own unique brand. I had the pleasure of working with the Worship Ministry on a rebrand which included a logo and artwork for their latest recorded album, Into the Light.
SARAH + SKYE
Quite possibly the most meaningful design project was my very own wedding in October 2016. The natural beauty of the Rocky Mountains paired perfectly with simple, bare typography. We even hand-painted some lyrical banners for the reception space, so fun!
In anticipation of a population boom, the city of Fort Collins has set plans to revitalize the Midtown corridor. This branding project includes a logotype and application, infographic posters and a Midtown festival guide for a local music event. The Brochure expands into a keepsake poster.
His sound is honest and rugged, and I wanted the artwork to reflect that backcountry bootlegger spirit. I took the woodpile photo while driving through Black Hills National Park in South Dakota and the typography is hand-lettered.
It's basically mandatory to love craft beer when you live in Fort Collins. This four-pack sampler of winter themed beers from Midtown Brewing draws from my Midtown, Fort Collins branding project, and includes my original typeface and illustrations. The dream to design for a local brewery continues!
THE CATFISH | RED ROCKS CHURCH
Red Rocks Church acquired an old abandoned building for their one of their new Denver locations. The site was lovingly named the Catfish because of its proximity to the river and the desperate need to gut the inside. Shown here is the logo and apparel application.
